Mitchell was born and raised in Washington before moving to Texas and joining the legal profession to pursue his passion for helping others in need. Before moving to Texas, Mitchell graduated high school with an Associate of Arts degree. He then attended Eastern Washington University, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Minors in Spanish and Economics.
After graduating from Eastern Washington University, Mitchell accepted a full-ride scholarship to Texas A&M University School of Law. Mitchell served as the court-dedicated intern to the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Beach during law school. He also worked as a law clerk at The Joeckel Law Office, where he helped those who were wronged seek justice. Mitchell further volunteered with the Texas Law Help, where he helped guide others in answering tough legal questions.
Once Mitchell graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law, he joined The Joeckel Law Office as an associate attorney.
Outside of his work life, Mitchell is an active member of Mensa. He also enjoys working on his golf game and attending church.
